Hi,
What you can do is to publish your Resume on monster.ca and workopolis.com and start contacting employment agencies (http://www.jobagencies.ca/index.asp?p=1&sp=1). Contact agencies that have available jobs in your field.
I would suggest calling recruiters instead of only emailing them your resume, it is definitely more effective.

Where in Canada do you want to go?

It's not easy to find job in Canada while you are abroad. At least this is my experience. I think you'll get better chances getting job in Canada if you land at some of the big cities.

What is your occupation?

Welcome to the club. I don't want to discourage you (some people do find work), but I must say you have a tough job: Many of the recruiting firms I talked to told me flat out that they can't help me until I arrive in Canada. You can read this read for details of my attempts (http://www.jobforum.ca/showthread.php?t=722)

What is your profession? maybe your line of business is more open?

Are you already Eligible to work in Canada, or are you still waiting for your residency to be approved.

Let us know and GOOD LUCK:)
