Mine wasn't very generous. I have been working for five years as a cashier at a major grocery chain. Right now I make 10,61$ / hour, and I got 122,00$ as a Christmas bonus. Sucked.

I'm self-employed so no bonus but when I was employed by others I did get a bonus each year, it was nice.

I told my wife I was going to put my picture on the wall in my home office as "Employee of the Month" every month and then give myself a big bonus at the end of the year. But my humour isn't strong enough for me to go through all that wasted effort! :o

Same situation here. I'm self employed so no bonus for me either. I think it is a greater bonus to be self employed all together. ;)
