Project Accountant/Job Costing
The 500 Staffing Inc. proudly represents one of Vancouver’s top Real Estate development companies located in Vancouver. Our client is seeking a Project Accountant. We are searching for an individual that would like to work for a well-known, well-established Real Estate Development firm on a permanent basis
Our client is seeking an individual with experience as a Construction Project Accountant. You are familiar with contract interpretation and understand process and tracking of project accounting for construction projects. You will be working with two to three projects at a time. Invoicing, matching purchase orders, A/P, extremely high volume, cutting checks and dealing with many vendors.
You are proficient with excel and word. Experience with GEAC a plus.
You must be detailed, organized, comfortable working in a high volume environment, outgoing, excellent communications skills, written and oral.
PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking individuals that have experience in construction as a Project Accountant.
