What is the process for finding IT jobs in Canada? I have an application on file at the Canadian Consulate in Ghana and I believe that with an offer of employment, it might be possible to cut thorugh all the delays.

You can try finding a job while you are waiting for your interview. From several jobforum users I understand that is not very easy to get a job when you are outside of Canada. Did you try to contact any recruiting agencies?

I've waited 3 years to go to the interview. I almost forgot that I have applied... The waiting period is so long that after all these years you are not so sure you want to immigrate at all... Things change...:rolleyes:
