Our client, one of the leaders in financial information and service provider in Canada, is looking for an Client Relations Representative to join their Client Relations Team.



Key responsibilities of the position include:

Provide premium service and support to our clients
Answer incoming customer technical/registration/product queries
Replying to customer email and voicemail queries
Responding to faxed passwords requests (by email, fax or phone)
Keeping up to date on product knowledge, changes, and technical solutions
Using correct solutions for customer queries and problems consistently
Apply knowledge to other situation and offer correct advice and help to peers
Perform additional, off-online functions as required
Identify and analyze customers needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, plus growth and retention of business via the telephone and email


Ideal candidates will have the following attributes:

College diploma or university degree in business related to filed/or a minimum of 1-2 years experience in Customer Service/Technical Support Environment
Customer focused individual with strong telephone and writing skills
Detailed working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office and Windows


This position entry-level, contract position, designed to cover a maternity leave. As a team member you will be responsible for delivering premium customer support to all clients. Your daily routine will be including responding to client inquires via telephone and email, promoting our products, solving customer problems, and working diligently to understand the feature, benefits and functionality of their products.
