Our client, a manufacturer of high end audio equipment, is looking for a Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant to add to their growing team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping administration using Quickbooks
- Order entry, inventory control and purchasing
- Customer service
- Reception
- General office duties, ensuring an overall smooth operation of the office
- Assisting the team with occasional packaging of light audio components
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Knowledge of Quickbooks, MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and professional interpersonal manner
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to adapt to new responsibilities
- Teamwork
