I used to use PDF but many people want a Word version.
I started using Word 2010 but I just found out that older versions of Word don't read .docx files correctly.
Some words that had a space between in .docx had no space in Word 2007.
It took me months to find that out.
I now save in Word 97-2003 compatible mode and I hope that fixes the problem.
I know typos are bad and I assume it has to be perfectly formatted.
Another problem with Word is each computer has different font sizes (depending on the video card, etc) and a 1 page document on my computer may run over and be two pages on another computer.
