POSITION: Billing Coordinator (Bilingual)(French-English)
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week
Salary: 32K + full benefit
RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for ensuring customer needs are met in a timely, accurate, professional manner.
Responsible for timely dissemination of customer information to appropriate departments.
Main contact for customers regarding billing inquiries.
Assure timely and accurate completion of routine service requests by customers. Work with customer to research and resolve difficult customer issues.
Interface and coordinate with other staff members, departments and districts relative to customer billing issues, related matters, and all other issues.
Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow-through.
Consistently meet/exceed customer service standards.
Consistently meet/exceed department’s service goals and objectives.
Special Projects as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of two years in a Customer Service Capacity.
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in an oral and written format.
Strong organizational capacity and the ability to prioritize.
Ability to assimilate information, anticipate problems and perform complex problem resolution.
Strong demonstrated initiative.
Computer Literate, Advanced Word and Excel.
