Alberta And Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program

I want to apply as immigrant either to Alberta or Saskatchewan under their Provincial Nominee Program. However, one of the requirements is for an applicant to have a pre-approved employer. I sent an application to several companies and recruitement agencies in both places but unfortunately, I have not received a singly reply. Does anyone in this forum know of any pre-approved employer who could sponsor me? I am a veterinarian with 12 year work experience here in the Philippines.
