I'm really just curious, but would be interested if I could find something better in my line of work.(Supervisory/Management/Janitorial/Custodial)So if anyone has any good tips or information it would be greatly appreciated.:)

Why don't you post a request in the Job Requests (http://www.jobforum.ca/forumdisplay.php?f=17) forum. There are several recruiters who post jobs regularly here and they might be able to help you with your job search.
