Does anyone know of a site that rates companies by employees?

I know I have stumbled upon it in the past, but now I cant seem to find it when I need it! The employees at companies can go and rate pretty much everything about their jobs and comment on the company. I have an interview this week and want to see it that co. is listed there. Thanks for any help
