Castonguay Blasting Ltd is a leading Canadian based provider of drilling and blasting services to the construction, surface mining and quarry industries. As a growing company, we are seeking highly motivated personnel to join our team.
:) Technician
Responsibilities include:
• Review tender packages, complete take-offs for quantities
• Participate in a variety of office and fieldwork
• Completion of survey assignments in the construction environment
• Supervise men and equipment
The following skills, experience and qualifications are required:
• Diploma in civil or mining engineering technology
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Familiarity with CAD Software, Leica Total Station, survey software, and spreadsheet software
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills
