RESPONSIBILITIES
. Candidate should be liable to design and develop web application
. Candidates should be in master in web designing technologies.
. Knowledge in testing & debugging errors in Programmes

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience in developing .net applications using ASP.Net with C#
C# development within the .NET framework
Experience developing with ASP.net, web services,
Experience in MS Windows 2000/XP
Experience of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML and XSLT
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2005

Why would somebody with the experience you require work for $30 per hour in US, when he/she can get $50-$60 per hour here in Toronto? Not to mention the fact that the rates in US are generally 20%-30% higher than the rates here in Canada. Good luck finding somebody willing to work for lousy $30 bucks :p
