Does Anyone know how minimum the shift length can be that they can legally chedule you for in a restauraunt business in Ontario??

I seem to want to think that it is 3, but i am not 100% sure

It depends on the province. Every province has different regulations - 3 or four-hour’s minimum. Is your position part time? If it is, the minimum hours could vary. Also did you sign any contract?
