Written test @ Shaw Cable (Tech Support) - any advice?

Applied for a job at Shaw Cable, specifically as a Technical Support Rep., and got to the testing stage.

Was wondering if u could give me some advice on what kinda stuff they test u on?

Also need advice on what to prepare for the interview too! (preferably from someone who has already had an interview @ Shaw)

I would always recommend writing full English word answers, no u or 2, etc.
