Question about Family Immigration

Hi everybody,

I have a question about immigrating to Canada. Myself I´m a permanent resident of Canada who founded a family in Germany. Now we would like to move to Canada. Is it possible for my wife and kids to move to Canada and apply for Permanent Resident Status from within the Canada? Or does it need to be done from Germany?
