Hey guys, need your help!
I had two interviews last week via phone. Although the interviews went well and they want to hear from me for a second interview, I just found myself a little frustrated with the process. I did a search for “job interview help” and nothing really gave the answers I was looking for. Also, I was a little frustrated because I didn’t really know how much I should research about the company. It’s that little moment where you have 10 minutes before the call and you’re desperately trying to pull up your resume and you have 4 windows open trying to remember facts about the company. So lets avoid some of these situations in the future by helping each other. I have two questions for ya:
1. Specifically, what are your guys’ biggest fears/frustrations with the job interview process?
2. What is no one teaching you (forums, online information) that you feel is really necessary for you to do well?
I think it’s important to consider these questions so that we can start solving them as a community.
Thanks guys,
- Mark
