I've just had an interview with a rather prestigious airline company

Hi

I've just had an interview with a rather prestigious airline company. The interview wasnt in Canada, far from it, it was in Wiena, Austria. Anyway, the odd part, that got me thinking was when they shown me a tray with 3 objects on it:

-a glass
-a newspaper
-and a bottle of water

They asked me to pick one of the objects and tell why I've decided to pick that one..

Have any of you had something similar? I really do wonder what the psychological background can be of such a test? I mean what conclusion can they read out of it? Choosing which object means what? Do you by any chance know?

(Im just asking it here a forum so far from my home because I didnt want me interviewers reading it, silly, I know :D)

This is a really weird test. Never heard of that one before. What did you chose?
