hi!
I am a PMP certified project manager (30 years old) and have experience working with US leading airplane company. Currently I hold permanent offshore PM position (that also requires onsite sessions) that is based in Russia, but I am wondering if that experience could be considered as North American experience. Is there any way to evaluate the chance to find a permanent IT PM position in Canada before visiting Canada and jumping into the process of getting Immigration Visa?
