Chapter Leader – Various Campuses (part time)

Canadian Tutors Association is looking for energetic individuals all across Ontario (at various university campuses) to act as chapter leaders; responsible for recruiting members, organizing events, liaising between CTA and the school. CTA chapter leaders are given a set of tools to succeed and are given preference to the CTA scholarship. A rewarding position to develop your leadership skills!!
Work with well-rounded students across Canada, flexible hours, preference on scholarship eligibility, great management experience, what more can you ask for?
Locations:
* University of Toronto – Downtown
* University of Toronto – Scarborough
* University of Toronto – Mississauga
* McMaster University
* Queen's University
* Ryerson University
* University of Waterloo
* University of Western Ontario
* Wilfrid Laurier University
* York University
Number Of Positions: 1 per campus
Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain CTA chapter on campus
* Recruit members and host chapter events
* Build relationship with members and school officials
Minimum Requirements:
* University student
* Previous experience as a tutor
* Active in student community
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Additional Desired Qualifications:
* Previous TA experience
* Previous student union experience
* Bilingual a plus!
