We are growing again! Our continued success has lead to the opening of several Inbound Bilingual English/French Customer Service & Inbound Customer Service positions.
We are looking for team players who have the following:
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Excellent communication skills (able to read, write and speak English fluently.) Bilingual agents are expected to be able to read, write and speak fluent French.
Drive for results committed to excellence
Self-motivation
Flexibility ability to work either afternoon/evenings shifts and weekends
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma
Call centre or customer service experience
Professional and courteous telephone manners
Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment)
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday (Holidays & Weekends included)
What we are offering
12 to 15 dollars per hour plus incentives and bonuses
Flexible scheduling (Great for students or as a second P.T job)
Employee benefit package after probation (min 25hr per week)
