market seeks individuals with the following:


Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer or System Design Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in VoIP telephony
Experience using IP logging tools and troubleshooting SIP protocol message flows
Strong understanding of IP networking and associated protocols such as DHCP, TFTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, XML, TLS, SRTP, and authentication protocols and procedures
Experience with networking infrastructure such as routers, Ethernet switches, hubs, firewalls and session border controllers
Experience with various IP Call Servers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to interact with and manage customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Eligible for PEO licensing
