applying temporary passport

Hi there,
I'm a member of the Humanitarian-protected persons abroad designated class, will move to canada soon.
I don't hold the passport of the country of origin. Can I apply for a temporary passport to travel to Europe?

Hi,
Do you want to apply for Canadian Passport? You must be a Canadian citizen to apply for one. I don't think you can do that until your status is established but my suggestion is to call the ministry of Citizenship and Immigration and they will be able to answer your question.
