Attorneys/Lawyers/Recent grad jobs?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could enlighten me on job availability for recent law school graduates in Vancouver or BC in general.

I am moving down to BC from Texas, U.S.A. but unsure about the possibility of getting a position as an articling student (since I did not go to law school in Canada).

Does anybody have any idea about what province is well suited for attorneys/lawyers in any field? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In my opinion lawyers are needed everywhere. There maybe are some differences between Canadian law and US law and the best people to answer your questions are The Law Society of British Columbia: http://www.lawsociety.bc.ca/licensing_membership/becoming_bc_lawyer/overview.html

You have to be a member of the Law Society to be eligible to practice, so give them a call.
