Your site has nice design, it's well structured and easy to navigate. I see you've used ASP.NET to build it. Is that a commercial blogging software you're using or something that you wrote?

I'm not using a blogging software, it's basically microsoft SharePoint.

Do you have a dedicated server or a shared hosting account? I was looking for a web hosting company that offers SharePoint, but I didn't find any.

I have a hosting company, but I'm not good with the technicals.. anyways, if you search the Web, you'll definitely find some, although they are more rare.

It looks very good. I really liked the article about workplace jerks. I need more fingers and toes to count the numerous ones I've run into. :p

As far as increasing traffic to you site, maybe try submitting your site to blog directories as well as dmoz and yahoo. There are also traffic exchangers such as BlogExplosion that may be worth looking into. Good Luck!
