I want to find a job in the banking industry. I’ve just graduated from school. I want to be a teller in a bank. How can I find a job?

Do you have any experience? Do you have a well-written resume?

My experience is only from my high school co-op. I don’t know about my Resume. Maybe I have to rewrite it.

Some companies like to hire recent grads, because they are committed and they can be trained well, so don’t be pessimistic.

Don't send in a resume through email. Call and ask several banks about vacancies , then physically go into the branch and drop in your resume.
Hound them!
Unfortunately, most banks hire through internal employee referrals and delete the countless number of resumes received through email faster than you can say "stop!"...i have had first hand experience knowing this!

I think that most of the banks hire through recruiters, so you have to establish good relationship with employment agencies in the banking sector.
