We are a family of 5 people,we are planning to come before july this year as soon as we receive the visas.We need a 2-3 bedrooms house in vancouver.Please waht is the best area to choose? and what is the cost of the rent for such a house?
N.B: We need a house in a quite and safety area,not downtown where we know houses are expensive.Please advise us a good and safety place for new immigrants with good renting rates.

The real estate prices have skyrocketed in Vancouver in the last few years. Search online for Vancouver rents, to get an idea what to expect. I won't be surprised if the rents are quite high there.

Why did you choose to go to Vancouver?

You can get a 3 bdr. house in Surrey for $1150 but most of the 3 bdr. are more expensive. Find a townhouse or an apartment close to the Sky train.
