CGA Vs CMA Accounting

Hi there.


I have a B.A. Economics and a Real Estate Management Designation C.P.M.
I would like to obtain an Accounting Designation. Of the 2 I have mentioned could someone advise me the pros and cons of each and which one is more marketable.

With the bursting of the Real Estate bubble maybe it is better to consider a career in Accounting.
At the moment the Real Estate is not a good industry to start a career.
