I live in India and I have University degree, I want to work in Canada. How to get an offer of employment from Canada. Are there any agencies, which specialize in this?

I'm not sure that you will be able to get an offer remotely.
Most of the employers don’t work that way…

I have a friend who came to Canada and already had a job. Or this is an exception?
