Did someone ever had a great boss? It would be interesting to share some good experiences, since we all wine about how horrible our bosses are and how sick we are of going to work every day. Lets share some positive experiences!

I have had one or two great bosses, but these were more of exceptions :). I'm IT contractor and my perspective is different that the one of a permanent employee though. I have rarely met a permanent employee who liked his boss :D

Yes Ive had one.
He used to buy us lunch every friday and also we played tennis friday lunch times, meaning we had 2.5 hour lunches :D

I once had a great boss. Every last Friday of the month we worked till 4pm and after that we sat in the meeting room and drank beer. I was not a “talk shop”, just a casual conversation between colleagues.

My current boss is really nice and pleasant person. he is considerate and during the summer we have BBQ every month!

Sounds like you guys have had good experiences :)
I have never really had a boss I liked. They have been all quite strict and serious, I'd love to have a fun, relaxed boss.
