Hi tomoko,
This is a list of recruitment agencies (http://www.jobagencies.ca/index.asp?p=1&sp=1). You can start emailing them Resumes but the best way to look for a job is to call them, talk to them and meet with them. If you are still not in Canada, it will be a little bit harder to find a job remotely but you can try! Do you consider immigrating here, as a skilled worker? This will give you a chance to work here and be a permanent resident without the worries what you will do when your contract or visa expires.

This government web site can help you find more information on how to immigrate to Canada.

Getting work permit from a Canadian company while you are abroad will be hard in my opinion. You can try, but remember that none of the companies you contact will be willing to deal with all the paperwork to get you a Canadian working permit, if they can find qualified workers right here in Canada. My point, if you are here it's much easier.
