Hi all,
What if I don't have a Cover letter? Isn't the Resume enough?

I don’t think so. Writing a Cover letter is easy and can be of great benefit for you.

A resume simply outlines your skills.
A cover letter tells the employer why you want the job, and joins your skills with the job requirements.

A cover letter is VERY important and enough time should be spent on it so it "sells you".

I completely agree with Tim.
The cover letter is very important! Some recruiters read only the cover letter and if it catches their eye then they'll go to your resume. For more info go to:

What type of job are you applying for? For the most part I agree with the others that a cover letter is crucial. However, in the restaurant industry there are some positions that I won't even look at the cover letter. If the job is a skilled position that requires experience, like a cook, I couldn't care less how he/she portrays him/herself, I am looking for past experience. I will be able to tell if their personalities are compatible with the other employees in the interview.
