I want to find a new job because I'm not satisfied with my current one but I'm afraid that if I leave I will regret it. I'm just unsure that I will find a better job. How do I decide?

bongi, you have to make a list of the pros and cons and this will help you make a better judgement. How your career will be affected, what is bad about your current job and what is good, are the money good and lots more questions but most important, don’t rush it. Let the move come naturally.

There is a big world out there. We often get stuck thinking we will never find better in everything in life, relationships, jobs, houses etc
But you WILL - you just need to decide what you want to do and go for it :)

There is no way to know upfront if your new job will be better than the old one. It might look more promising and more challenging, but until you start the job you can't be sure. This shouldn't stop you from searching for better job though.

Thank you all for the suggestions!
I guess I need to look around and stop thinking this the only job in the world :)
