Do they look at your resume?

Is it just me, or do you also find that interviewers dont even look at your resume at an interview?
I have it presented very nicely but they never look at it!

They have been looking at your Resume for sure but at the time of the interview they want to make sure everything you say is correct and may ask you obvious questions again and again. It is maybe some interview trick to find out if you are telling the truth.

I think they look at your resume very carefully. They may want to appear casual on the interview but they now your resume and want to hear what they've read.

Most of the people that interviewed me, had my resume in front of them and they were going over it while we were talking...

I find they look at it before they interview me and have noted down a few things to ask me, but they rarely look at it while i am sitting there.
