Computer Web Designer

I'm currently in grade 10 and I need some help. I'm thinking about going into Web Design as a job when i finish all my school. But I'm wondering what college/university would be best to go to for web Design. I live in Ontario, so I'm looking for a school in Ontario for web Design.

Although I might want to go to a university, would a college be a better place for Web Design? If I were to apply to the college (or university) what average would they be looking for?

Also now that I am in highschool, which courses would be prefered? Which courses need to be taken?

You can read reviews and ask them for brochures and more info.
Ontario College of Art and Design is the oldest art school in Canada, Wow! You can check that out.
