Hello Everyone!
Wanted to get some idea how long does it take to process permanent residence application out from Buffalo, NY? I worked and lived in the US for 5 years but didn't get a Green Card despite of my employer's support and petition. US immigration sucks! I came back to the Philippines and got married. But I before I went back to my home country, I filed a PR-Skilled Worker application last June 2005. It has been 12 months now and have not heard back from the embassy. I know of someone who lived in the US and did the same thing. He came back home but he already got his PR visa and already in Canada after 18 months! Good for him and his family.
Can someone share some thoughts based on experience?
