Hi I got one more question about the references I provide. Do the recruiters need the actual letter or what?

Normally, they would want to speak to your references. So you should provide them with contact information. Make sure to prep up your references before.

My recruiter asked me for 2 references and I gave him their names and phone numbers only. He called them but it is important to prep up them!!!
