Regarding open work permit

Hello,

My husband is going to canada on work permit for his job & i want to travel with him through dependent work permit.I want to do job at
canada.
As per my understanding, i would require a open work permit to work in canada. I do not know the process to be followed to get an open work permit for job in canada. what are the necessary documents to be required for open work permit application.
