How do people hide resumes from current employers seeing it?
It seems to be a problem now that everything is online.

I don't think you can do that. You can only hope they are not looking online... Do you have an online resume on Monster? I guess you can make it private and then only people you want to see it can see it but I don't know how this works. You have log in to the web site where your resume is and change the settings.

The other thing is I want to sell some stuff so I don't have to move it but that would be obvious.

I think more and more people understand that people are always activily seeking employment and different positions that challenges them.
