Are you in Canada yet? What jobs are you applying for?

Hi morgan, do you follow up with recruiters after you send your resume? Do you include cover letter? This is very important when you are looking for a job. It is not enough only to email your resume; you got to put a lot more effort. Here are some Resume writing (http://www.jobagencies.ca/index.asp?p=4&sp=2)tips and cover letter writing (http://www.jobagencies.ca/index.asp?p=4&sp=1)tips that you can follow.

Hi, from my experience with recruiters and my recent job searching I can tell you that following up is VERY important!
You remind them that you are still interested in the position, that you are serious. So don’t just email Resumes, this won’t increase your chances.

Keep in constant contact with recruiters, even if you are not searching for job at the moment. This will give you the opportunity to assess the job market and to be prepared to enter it very quickly.
