Why don't you apply for skilled immigrant visa?

You have two choices:

1. Apply for an independent immigrant (skilled worker) visa
2. Apply for a job visa

The first one will require qualifying (there is a point system) and also you will have to wait from a couple of month to a couple of years until your application is processed and the Canadian Immigration authorities give you their decision.

The second one requires finding a job in Canada before actually coming to Canada, which is not that easy.
