Advice Needed

Hi All

I'm new to this so apologies if this question has already been asked

My other half and i applied for a skilled worker visa 15 months ago in November 2007 in London, UK.

Recently he has been approached by a company in Toronto to come over and work over there their talking about work permits etc

However my question is this...

Is it possible to apply for a temporary work permit while the skilled worker is going thou obviously its a good opportunity for him but is it allowed if you know what i mean :)

If you have a job offer this will automatically speed up you Skilled worker application. You have to let the embassy know - call them right away. Also you can call CIC: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/index.asp to be absolutely sure what is the right thing to do. When are you planning on coming to Canada?
