How to pass 2nd interview for Help desk position?

I passed the 1st interview for a help desk IT position, but now they ask for a detailed 2nd interview!!! I am so nervous about the 2nd one. I wonder what they are going to ask me about. The job description is a basic help desk analyst position, with out any special skills. I have call centre experience. Any help appreciated?
