Duties & Responsibilities:

•Develop a web-based tool to facilitate the creation of a standardized Assessment Plan.

•Develop or update data processing tools in support of the Data Collection Analysis Tool used in project.

•Review all project documentation and guidance pertaining to the execution of the experiment and the coalition assessment process.

•Obtain a general understanding of the Canadian sponsored trials as well as the international trials where Canada is a participant. (These trials involve command and control technologies).

•Meet with Trial Sponsors and Vendors.

•Review scenario events against objectives and data collection plans.

•Attend and contribute to meetings for the Canadian Lead Analyst as may be required.

•Review and comment on documents for the Canadian Lead Analyst as may be required.

•Develop assessment tools in support of the data collection and data processing.

•Create a users guide for the Assessment Plan Web-based tool developed.

•Create or update a users guide for the data processing tools developed.

•Prepare test/assessment plans for each trial.

•Assist trial vendors and sponsors in the development of scenario events (MSELs)

•Develop presentation materials for meetings and briefings, Action items and minutes of meeting as may be required.

•Assist the Canadian Lead Analyst in the training of the data collection tools.

•Provide written comments and recommendations on other documents as may be requested.

•Provide on a bi-monthly basis a project update and summary of work completed to the Technical Authority.

•Travel may be required if the need is identified.
