Bio or healthcare?

I have Masters in Biotech from US and planning to move to canada with PR. What is my best option if i won't be able to find job. Can i do some certificate program related to biology? Can anyone help me figure out which program is good to find employment in biology or Medical related field.

Have you looked for a job in that field? You should try and set up employment before you head out. Talk to someone at one of the Universities close to where you will be moving.
