Drake International is currently recruiting a Parts Co-ordinator on behalf of our client in the Niagara region. This busy position requires working with customers and reading mechanical blueprints to determine parts needs, often based on limited information (e.g. model or serial number). Fast, accurate order placement is essential in this role in order to minimize customer downtime.
You must be comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn the in-house database system quickly and efficiently. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to customer service round out the requirments for this position.
