Our customer, a National company specializing in automotive glass, is seeking a store manager to lead their fast paced Richmond location. Our ideal candidate is a leader in team management, sales, and customer service. As store manager you will be responsible for store operations including budgets, objectives, scheduling, targets and KPI’s. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of glass experience coupled with a background in retail and wholesale. This position is ideal for someone who can deliver results in a highly busy environment. Excellent management and communication skills are a must.
