Our customer, an International contract services provider, is in need of Customer Care Specialists to help with their call center in Richmond. In this position, you will work with the operations center personnel, customers, technicians and management. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls, Process and/or forward technical problems, Document actions, Dispatch, customer notifications and management escalation. The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience coupled with 2 years in a help desk environment. Previous experience in documenting solutions and willingness to work a rotating shift are required. Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, telephone, analytical and trouble shooting skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential in this position.
