Our customer an International organization as a current requirement for a Site Manager, in this role you will be responsible for leading operations of a 24/7 customer support desk and passenger processing technology systems maintenance in their Vancouver location. Responsibilities include;
Leading the team in a manner that creates a proactive and highly customer-focused environment.
Review technical and customer support specifications and provide recommendations on best value to meet customer requirements.
Maintain regular progress communication with the customer and take any remedial action for deficiencies.
Identify new opportunities to increase business and assist, when requested, to bring these opportunities to close.
Manage the local budget and staffing requirements
Serve as customer liaison with a variety of customers, assuring continual compliance and reporting of service level performance and ensuring customer, corporate or local procedures/expectations are in compliance
Assist senior management in directing the project life cycle by supporting the development of comprehensive project plans to include both long and short-range goals and milestones.
Interface with senior management for the purpose of communicating status of projects.
Provide continued growth, mentoring, and career track for staff using Performance Management Planning
Promote Continual quality improvements and support development of quality control programs

Five or more years as a Customer Support/Service Manager within a demanding customer service role. Previous IT experience in managing a medium to large group. Familiar with support system administration and serving as primary liaison for engineers and vendors. Proven ability of effectively managing conflict; Proven ability of managing customer relationships to the benefit of both parties; Proven ability of managing service providers effectively; Ability to manage a team; Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Requires BS/BA degree in management/ technical related discipline or equivalent.
