going to canada fter 2 years GAP

Hi There,

I did land in Canada first time on 10-Mar-2007 and got the PR card, then i left Canada after 15 days, Now (May-2009) i am going there again to settle there permaneltly. I just want to check that if Immigration Officer at the Airport Can Refuse/Warn me the enrry in Canada.
(My PR Card is valid till 2012)

As far as I know you can come back without losing your PR status 3 years after you landed. After that time you have to apply for PR again. Check again our immigration section: http://www.jobagencies.ca/index.asp?p=20
